Phoenix Compounding Pharmacy, Melrose Pharmacy was established in 2005 as an independently owned and operated pharmacy on the 7th Avenue curve in Maricopa County in Phoenix, Arizona. In purchasing the Wagon Wheel Building, owner Teresa Stickler recognized a unique opportunity to contribute to the rejuvenation of the area and to offer patients a level of personalized service that people just can’t find at chain pharmacies. The pharmacists, Teresa and Larry, are happy to consult with patients about any questions, concerns, or requests regarding medications or conditions.
